Depending on what older version Mac OS X (or macOS) may have been installed

already, and most recent version tried, you may need to install a system such as

El Captian 10.11.6 then upgrade from there. Then later on, see if newer one works.

There is a notable error in reference to the macOS your Mac should be running to get

the download to El Capitain installer; the page says High Sierra. ~ But that's unlikely,

also impossible. ~ IF your Mac cannot run Mojave 10.14, it probably won't run 10.13.

This is the correct link to get the download installer for 10.11.6:

And your Mac may be able to run High Sierra, if the hardware specs are OK. ~ RAM + HDD
